Our Story

From Positano's coast
to Fadenstrasse

Alessandro and Fortunato grew up between Naples and the cliffs of the Amalfi coast, where a Sunday lunch could run four hours and nobody minded. They brought that pace, and their grandmother's recipes, to Emmenbrücke — nothing plated for show, everything cooked the way it's cooked at home.

The name is not a metaphor. They are, in fact, brothers — fratelli — and Positano is the town neither of them can stop talking about.

"You can tell it's run by brothers who actually cook. The lemon risotto is unreal."
